11th and Carlton
In an earlier picture (the one with the hail) you can see the top of the old and abandoned Reading Viaduct, this photo was taken in one of the tunnels that runs beneath the viaduct. These lights are brand new and they are actually tiny paper lanterns. There were discussions of turning this viaduct into a park but they seem to have stalled.
